Cancelation policy

Something came up? That's okay!

We just require you to call to cancel, and hopefully reschedule! Our appointment times are in high demand, and our groomers time is valuable. 

 If you don't call to let us know you're late, we charge a $10 late fee. 

If you do not call to cancel, we charge a $15 no show fee.
